Game Changers 2011: Attorneys General Biden and Schneiderman On Mortgage Probe

WATCH: Attorneys General Biden and Schneiderman on Robosigning Investigation

The Huffington Post hosted a mix of celebrities, politicians, and innovators at New York's Skylight Soho Tuesday night to celebrate HuffPost's 2011 Game Changers. We caught up with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who are leading the charge in investigating mortgage irregularities. When the Obama Administration proposed a wide-ranging state settlement with big banks over dubious foreclosure practices, it needed approval from the attorney general’s office in all 50 states, but Schneiderman and Biden demanded an investigation and have remain dogged in pursuing the facts behind the subprime mortgage crisis.

Biden and Schneiderman told HuffPost that they are looking to “establish one set of rules for everyone” and touched on the progress of their investigation. Watch the video above to hear they are pushing for accountability, and what they think the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street movements say about the average American.
