Juron Criner Catch: Arizona Wide Receiver Pulls Down Touchdown Reaching Around Opponents Helmet (VIDEO)

Wide Receiver Makes Amazing Catch Reaching Around Defender's Helmet

Believe it or not, there was also a football game between Arizona and UCLA last night.

While most will undoubtedly remember Thursday night for the bizarre, unlikely, confusing (there are numerous adjectives to describe what happened) confrontation between the two teams that apparently stemmed from a fan running on the field as a fake referee, Juron Criner had a night to remember.

Criner pulled down three touchdowns in Arizona's 48-12 romp over the Bruins, and none were more spectacular that the catch he made at the beginning of the second quarter. Arizona had the ball at UCLA's 7-yard line when Wildcats quarterback Nick Foles attempted to find Criner in the end zone on a fade route. When Foles underthrew the ball, Criner adjusted by reaching around the defenders helmet to pull off one of the best plays we've seen this season.

The catch may have gotten lost in the shuffle of the other events surrounding the game, but it was definitely one to remember.
