Olivia Palermo Goes Overkill With Her Outfit In Italy (PHOTOS)

The Huffington Post     First Posted: 10/21/2011 11:23 am   Updated: 12/21/2011 4:12 am

Olivia Palermo, former star of "The City" who's set to launch her own fashion and lifestyle site, OliviaPalermo.com, popped up at the opening of Talent Store at Fidenza Village in Fidenza, Italy, as StyleBistro noted.

25-year-old Palermo's hair and makeup looked flawless, and she wore a bunch of great pieces, like that bright blue cobweb Tibi top and the Markus Lupfer fox print skirt, and the sexy Jimmy Choo lace-ups. We're just not sure she should be wearing them all together.

Check out Olivia's outfit below, and tell us: are you as confused as we are?

Her outfit shows no sense of style, no creativity, no breakthrough statement and, clearly, no style talent.

Always flawless, even wearing silliest of trends, she is perfect.

Agree. She's a very pretty girl but this look is going to come back to haunt her if she really expects to have a career in style.

Where is the mismatched outfit? I see a lovely young lady wearing clothes that look good and seemcomfortable. What's the problem? HuffPost editors have their hearts set on big name (big price) designers I guess.

I can sure you, if Olivia is wearing it, it is indeed a "big name designer".

Hey - at least her breasts are not hanging out nor her crotch showing so who cares what she's wearing!
05:34 PM on 10/22/2011
Hey, she is young, having fun, and decently covered. Let the lady do her thing!

That whole outfit is all about her screaming .... "Hey, over here, look at me .... me, me, me." The shoes would have been okay had they been the right size for her. Too much room behind her ankles, which means her feet slid forward and too much extra shoe at her toes.

Wrong. But your comment is all about: "Hey, over here, look at me .... me, me, me."

72, female - whatever happened to common sense?
11:11 AM on 10/22/2011
Not my taste, but there's no way I criticize what anyone is wearing any more. I thought we were in the age of "whatever" and that anything goes (except, of course, if you're violating the indecent exposure in public laws!). I wish that, in my day, we'd had the same type of freedom. I look at a lot of fashions today and wish I was young enough (and slim enough!) to wear some of them but, at 70, I know I'd look ridiculous!
