After Rick Perry told "Parade" that he believes that President Obama may have released a fake birth certificate in order to hide his foreign birth, the GOP presidential hopeful sparked concerns. Not because "Parade" magazine does political interviews like we first assumed (what, did Howard Huge have a week off?), but because we didn't know that anyone still actually believes that President Obama was not born in America. Even Karl Rove considers the theories "nutty."
