MTV's 'True Life: I'm Occupying Wall Street' Preview Revealed (VIDEO)

Occupy Wall Street

Having sent the cast of "Jersey Shore" to occupy Florence, MTV is now turning its cameras to the much more serious occupation of Wall Street.

The network, which recently put out a casting call for a reality show based on the protests in downtown Manhattan, has announced that "True Life: I'm Occupying Wall Street" will debut on Saturday, November 5th. A press release reveals that the episode of the iconic series will follow Bryan, a prominent member of the movement, and Kait and Caitlin, two college students involved in the protests.

MTV also put out a five minute clip of the episode, which features Bryan and fellow Occupiers worrying about eviction and cleaning Zuccotti Park in advance of the planned city sweep of the property, which was canceled in light of push back and self-sanitation efforts.

First of all I'm not a supporter of this "Protest" but don't they realize that they are doing business with the corporate giants that they are protesting against. Hypocrites. What do they intent to do with the money that MTV is going to throw at them for doing this. To validate what their purpose is they better give it to homeless or whoever. Dollars to donuts its going into their greedy pockets.

F' MTV for trying to make a buck off of OWS protestors. MTV does not represent the OWS movement and should have been told 'no'.

Anyone notice the irony of this? The same 'OccupyWallStreet' whining about corporations has no problems with MTV making a spectacle of their cause. MTV is owned by Viacom, which also owns CBS, SpikeTV, and Nickelodeon.

Anyone notice the irony of not being able to afford to advertise or get your message out like all of the 1%ers and the corrupt politicians??????

Notice the irony of being able to buy politicians and lobbyists?

Notice the irony of using their own companies against them?
