Recipe from The Ultimate Cocktail Book by Bill Reavell and Neil Mersh/Hamlyn, 2011.

Ingredients

  • 4 5 ice cubes
  • 1 1/4 measures brandy
  • 1 measure white rum
  • 1/2 measure Cointreau
  • 3/4 measure fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 measure sugar syrup

Directions

  • Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, white rum, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
