- Clean and slice the cauliflower, broccoli, and onion.
- Sprinkle garlic salt over the vegetables and toss lightly.
- Refrigerate in a covered container overnight.
- Drain broccoli mixture and mix in sliced mushrooms.
- Mix together the salad dressing and milk and pour over the vegetables.
- Toss and serve!
