Brown Sugar and Spice Baked Ham

- Preheat the oven to 325° F. Line a shallow roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ham, cut-side down, on a rack in the prepared pan. Cover ham loosely with foil. Bake 2 hours.
- Increase oven temperature to 350° F. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, allspice, and clove. Brush the surface of the ham with mustard and pat the brown sugar mixture all over the skin. Return ham to oven and continue cooking, uncovered, until sugar is melted and caramelized, about 30 minutes longer. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
