Grilled Pork Waldorf Salad

  • Heat grill.  Whisk dressing and mayonnaise in a cup; pour all but 1 Tbsp into a medium bowl.  Brush chops with reserved Tbsp of dressing.
  • Grill,  turning once, 7 minutes or until barely pink in center and lightly charred.
  •  Slice pork. Add, with remaining ingredients, to dressing in bowl; toss to mix.
