Mango BBQ Sauce

Turn any bottle of barbecue sauce into a seasonal gourmet condiment fit for any summer meal. Be sure to use the ripest mangoes you can find to make a juicy and smooth puree.
- Gather these tools: cutting board, chef's knife, dry measuring cup, reamer or fork, food processor, mixing bowl, rubber spatula, spoon
- Cut the flesh of two ripe mangoes into small chunks and place in a food processor. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds. Remove the puree to a mixing bowl and add the juice of one lime. Stir in the bottled barbecue sauce.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
