Michelle Obama's Lovely Floral Dress Looks Great On The Tarmac (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: What FLOTUS Wore On The Tarmac

Michelle Obama looked lovely in Florida today as she met with students from John Sexton Elementary School at Tampa International Airport.

Clad in a Thakoon white dress dotted with pink and yellow blossoms and balancing in black pumps, the FLOTUS was all smiles -- and had perfect hair! -- even while standing on a tarmac.

And, wow: the FLOTUS has worn this Thakoon dress TWICE before, first at an event at the Hilton in April 2009, and then on the Tonight Show back in 2009 (although we like it much better without that tacky bow!).

The first lady has gone floral before: she wore this (less interesting, in our opinion) gray and pink suit back in 2009, and in August of this year she wore a Gregory Parkinson multi-colored floral skirt.

The St. Petersburg, Fla., school received an award from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, one of only five schools to receive the 2010-2011 award and the only school to receive the silver award. Mrs. Obama stopped to greet the students on the way to a Democratic fundraiser.
