New Favorite Meatballs

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly mist a large non-stick baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- In a medium bowl, using a fork, mix together the egg whites, oats and milk until well combined. Add the onion, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix them until combined. Mix in the beef until well combined. Then, make 32 uniform meatballs, each about 1-1/4 inch diameter (a cookie scoop or two tablespoons for ease). Roll the balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet or pan so they don't touch. Bake them for about 7-10 minutes until they are no longer pink inside.
