- 1. Wrap sliced bananas in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours. If using fresh peaches, wrap and freeze them also.
- 2. Place frozen banana and peach slices, buttermilk, and orange juice into blender or food processor. Process until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
- 3. Pour mixture into tall glasses and garnish each with a strawberry, if desired.
- 4. Serve immediately.
