Kim Kardashian Divorce: Wedding Planner Sharon Sacks Reacts

After 72 days and a $10 million wedding, it's over for celebrity newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.

The couple shared their lavish wedding with fans in a two-night special on E! earlier this month. Kardashian, who wore three custom-made Vera Wang gowns, reportedly earned $17.9 million off the televised wedding "event."

The couple's wedding planner, Sharon Sacks, dished on the wedding in October, citing the 25,000 to 30,000 roses used in the wedding and Kardashian's four pairs of custom Louboutin shoes--among other things--for the exorbitant cost of the Big Day. In June, Sacks also called the union "the wedding of the century."

Now, unsurprisingly, the wedding planner has this to say about the Kardashian-Humphries split:

Of course if I said I wasn't sad I wouldn't be telling you the truth. It is always sad and very disheartening when two beautiful people so in love for many reasons realize that although they care for each other they are not destined to be life partners. This takes a lot of courage and I'm very proud that they were able to make this difficult decision. They were a joy to work with. What we created together was absolutely amazing, so unique and so special. My heart goes out to both of them.

The wedding planner got "paid" so its no skin off her back. With those "kind" words she is just bidding for the next wedding(s) as now she has too clients for the re-bound weddings. Win Win for the planner, she gets "paid" again.

On Amazon there'sa book called The Caterer's Last Wedding. It tells the truth about the whole big celebrity wedding business. It's funny and romantic and was written by a wedding planner. I loved it.

Hopefully this will be the end of "Plastic Barbie... Kim"... what is sad is that normal people never watched the wedding or their show.... what is also sad is that there are many poor parents out there that love the show because it is like a "fairy tale" to them and they also pluck their children in front of the TV and allow the Kardashians to be "role models". And "The Wedding" was a money maker for the family known to love money. They should donate the earnings to all the hungry children in American where their parents "pluck" them in front of the TV to see this poor array of disfunctional role models. They are the disease of this reality TV environment.... Go away plastic Barbie.... go away....

better than.. " of course this wouldnt last. anyone skanky enough to hustle freebies for their own wedding and turn it into a circus extravaganza of overkill doesnt have their head or heart in the right place to accept love and have a real relationship"
here's clue one. they didnt even keep the top of their wedding cake OR donate the leftovers to the food bank. They trashed it.

Well...we're only in this century by 11 years...talk about hyperbole! Then again, it gives the wedding planner additional pr. What next, a statement by the bartender...."they looked so in love when they toasted"; comments from the valet guys..."he held the car door for her...I thought it would last"
