Kim Kardashian Wedding: 'Kim's Fairytale Wedding' With Kris Humphries May Be Pulled By E!

Will Kim & Kris's TV Shows Get Pulled Off Air?

With all the talk Monday about "irrevocable differences" and "devastation" and getting "blindsided," we almost forget about the most important aspect of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries's impending divorce: the business.

Since Kardashian and Humphries's wedding show, "Kim's Fairytale Wedding," first aired in a two-installment special that started on October 9th, E!, the network that airs all of the Kardashians' shows, has been broadcasting re-runs of the nuptials on a near daily basis. According to the New York Times, execs at the network are huddling together to decide the future of the special: will they continue to run it on air, or will the two-part extravaganza get pulled?

To consider: the illusion of the fairytale, of course, has been shattered, which could make it seem quite cynical for the network to continue to broadcast the show. That being said, renewed interest in the split couple could help raise its ratings, at least temporarily.

As for the next season of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," which features the two eldest Kardashian sisters in New York City, that series is still on despite the presence of Humphries throughout the season. That show begins airing on November 27th.

There's also the issue of what happens going forward: will Kim be willing to show the breakup and aftermath of her divorce be seen on television? The bet here is yes -- though, like the rest of their shows, it will be heavily edited.
