Comedian Bill Burr stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" last night, and had some strong words about what really goes on with marriage in America.
Burr is always a delight to see on talk shows, and he had reason to be in a good mood last night. The Boston native sold out a show at Carnegie Hall, and he will soon be honored at the Boston Comedy Festival as Comedian of the Year.
While on "Fallon," he emphasized how glad he is to be legally married on his own terms -- because he doesn't think that marriage is safe. "There is an epidemic of gold-digging whores in this country," Burr rants, before launching into a tirade about Arnold Schwarzenegger's cheating scandal, reality TV stars, and how driving a forklift at Home Depot can be a man's stabilizing factor when it comes to keeping a woman.
