Given that I am an India and that lentil forms a major role in a vegetarian kitchen, my favorites are too many to name. But to name some of them Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, Dal Bukara, Lentil loaf made from red lentils, Dal Palak, Idli, Adai and Dosa. I looked at these recipes. I love lentils and u r making me SO hungry for lentils right now. Lentil salad on a picnic in summer and lentil soup in the fall .... yeah, baby

I love lentils! All of these recipes look delish, but I don't know about the veggie burgers....I've been burned by veggie burgers before. Maybe it would help if they just didn't call them "burgers".....

I love veggie burgers, but you have to approach them knowing they just aren't going to be like a regular burger. But a well made one is really yummy :)
