Treating harassment like a minor indulgence that most people -- men and women -- have been accused of at least once, Colbert defended Herman Cain against the real harassers; those anonymous ladies who brought forth the allegations against him.
As Colbert sarcastically says, "It's a classic case of 'he said, she's legally prohibited from saying.'"
