Dylan Edward Contreras. 19, was arrested for providing false information about his identity after an encounter with Twin Falls police. Police then noticed that Contreras had his last name tattooed on his arm. He was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

A lot of these 'dumb' people are mentally ill -- the 'vampires' are almost certainly schizophrenic. Probably a majority of the rest are drug addicts. I'm part of the problem because I'm reading this garbage, but it's still mean and ignorant to treat all this human misery like light-hearted fun.
