Roberto Cavalli, 70: 'I'll Have Sex 15,000 Times Before I Die'

70-Year-Old Roberto Cavalli Wants To Have Sex With You

Roberto Cavalli may be 70, but that doesn't mean the famous fashion designer is going to be retiring from the bedroom any time soon.

In an interview with Women's Wear Daily,
Cavalli opened up about his new boutique in Japan, how he feels about his brand's power in the Asian markets, and, veering quickly into TMI territory, how much he still wants to get it on.

"I'm young. I have another 50 years of life," he told WWD, before, they report, going on to perform a mathematical equation and estimating that he will have sex another 15,000 times before his demise, ostensibly at 120. Dare to dream!

On a related note, Cavalli remarked that the doesn't think his age doesn't deter his fashion fans, who skew on the younger side (celebs who've been spotted in Cavalli include Solange, Bar Refaeli and Britney Spears).

"Even if I'm old, other people don't know that. I make very young fashion," he said.

But it's not like this is the first crazy statement we've gotten from Cavalli about the ladies. This summer he boasted at a red carpet event in London that being straight makes him a better designer:

RC: "In my planet, fashion, I'm the only straight man."

CM: "There's a few."

RC: "Who?"

CM: "Ralph Lauren, he's straight."

RC: "Are you sure?"

CM: "So, does being straight make you a better designer?"

RC: "Yes, maybe. Because I think of how I would like to have a woman close to me, in that moment. The femininity, the softness. Maybe, yes, anyway I'm happy as I am."

And in June 2010, Cavalli was quoted in Harper's Bazaar saying he doesn't, er, get off on designing clothes:

"Of course I think about a beautiful woman to dress, because that's my way," he says with a shrug. Is there a difference? "Yes," he says. "I don't masturbate thinking about fashion."
