'Chelsea' Round Table Discusses Justin Bieber Paternity Suit: Will It Affect His Career?

The world stood still when allegations came out that the baby-faced Justin Bieber may actually be someone's baby-daddy.

What to think? Who to believe? Confusion's abound -- and his Christmas album's doing so well!

Thankfully -- wise sage that she is -- Chelsea Handler helped make sense of this recent paternity suit and answer the very important question on-deck: Will this tarnish The Bieb's career?

But, they couldn't quite get past his age. Handler summed up her feelings when introducing the case, saying that a 19-year-old woman "filed a lawsuit claming Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month old son. So that makes her son and Justin Bieber the same age."

And then Moshe Kasher echoed her feelings, claiming that Bieber couldn't possibly father a child before reaching puberty himself. Though, his comment was far less...scientific.

Chelsea Handler is a cheap "sluore"! Is she still on th air? I don't care about this Bieber case one way or another. I doubt if its true! In any event, the powers that be have invested alot of money in him so like Kim Kardashian, he will be fine. As long as the machine is behind you as an artist you can do no wrong (see Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan and just about everyone in Hollyweird)!

I will be laughing sooo hard when it comes out that he IS the father..I don't think any sane woman would go through all of this if she wasnt sure who the father is, BUT than again...I do love that maury show and laugh everytime the woman says" I am 1000% sure he is the father" and it ends up not being his and the woman runs offstage..LMAO people amaze me

The only thing that will ruin his career is time. Any girl who loves a teen pop star when they are 12-15 will hate that same pop star by the time they turn 16. Pop music has been riddled by this same cycle for the last 40 years, at least.

I was under the impression that for something to affect one's career, he actually had to have one. I kid, but I supposed it's because I just don't really hear much about this guy unless he's videotaped running into glass doors or showing up in an article like this one.

It seems he could simply offer to have a paternity test done with the caveat that if he goes through the trouble to do so and the baby's proved to be not genetically linked to him, he'll take legal action. If it's a fabricated mess, she'll likely hide under a rock.

This was to be expected. Take a paternity test and prove the lady wrong. Or hire a lawyer and explain to her that IF he takes a paternity test and it proves he's not the daddy that he will sue her for defamation of character. If she's lying she should go away quickly.
