I love these interviews so much!!! Comedians are the most fascinating people in the world. Actually, let me revise that. They're not really "comedians" in the true sense of the word. Rather, I think they're STORYTELLERS!!! Terrific, just terrific...

What a crush I had on "That Girl". I thought and still do think she is such a beautiful lady. Her inner beauty shines through and even further enhances her natural beauty. Her father was a person my parents introduced me too as a child and whom we all held in high regard for his humanitarian accomplishments. Like her father she continues in his footsteps. A thousand thank yous to Marlo Thomas.

Carol Burnett is the most classiest lady on earth. She has given so much laughter and love to the world and will never be forgotten. I could watch reruns of her show every day for the rest of my life. I only hope she knows how much the world appreciates her talent and the happiness she has brought to so many people.

Carol, you are definitely a beautiful, talented and amazing human being. I miss your shows on TV so much. You are like the Northern Star in the sky. There are no other stars like you!

Carol did TWILIGHT ZONE with the MAYTAG repairman Jesse White(RIP). She is an allarounf actress, if you saw her with Alan Alda, you know this. But it was her personal relationship with her fans that made her the legend. She never forgot who came to see her, to pay her bills so that she could afford to live in New York and make them laugh.

We always enjoyed her show. A great family show with values and moral content. Now TV is full of filth, gender confused, cheating abusive women and car chases. Bring her back to her own show. God Bless America. In God We Trust.

Why not just leave it at you liked the two talented ladies? Why attack the way they look? What is the payback for you? Why is simple kindness so hard for so many? Just asking.

I would like to thank Carol Burnett for the comfort and laughter she gave to me when I needed it the most. As a teenager I was placed in a group home in the early 70's, feeling out of place among strangers. When her show came on it was like being with an old friend , having something famliar to relate to. I remember that it was such a great comfort at the moment to forget my problems for a while and just laugh with a friend. All of us girls loved her, there would be twenty of watching on a postage size tv loving every minute of it. Later I grew fond of the place and made some good friends. So long ago but I will never forget what Carol did for us.

What a remarkable woman. Always loved the show and watch reruns when I can. And as she mentioned Lucy one of the all time greats. Too bad our comedy today is not like that, to where it's funny and sit as a family to watch it without all the bare skin and language that is in todays shows. Half of the shows are bleeped because of the language and families arn't watching together! Thanks Carol for all the memories!!!
