Mariah Yeater Has Evidence That Justin Bieber Is Father To Child: REPORT

Now that Justin Bieber has reportedly agreed to take a DNA paternity test to prove that he is not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby -- the 20-year-old woman who claims she had unprotected sex with the popstar after one of his concerts -- Yeater is speaking out, saying she has evidence that Bieber is her baby's father.

After explaining to The Insider that she and Bieber went to a backstage bathroom alone, after he "immediately took a liking to [her]," Yeater said that he went from "cute and gushy" to "more aggressive" almost instantaneously. The two then allegedly engaged in unprotected sex -- a fact, Yeater says, that she can prove.

"I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it will show in court to prove that my allegations are true," Yeater told The Insider.

While Yeater continues to stand strong in her accusations that Bieber is the father of her child, the 17-year-old "Baby" singer told the 'Today' show that he has never even met Yeater. Bieber plans on recognizing Yeater's paternity suit and complying with a DNA test before taking her to court -- sending a clear message to other potential accuser's that he won't take any slanderous accusations lying down.

I don't know if you take a close look at that kid and some of justin beiber's baby pic's and they look pretty similar, it's almost canny if you ask me! he probably is the father but with all the money the punk has it would surpise me if he buys off that lab or something, famous people are so predictable!

okay if that lady was supposly impreganated by justin bieber in october of 2010 that baby that is so called justins child would at least be 1 or 2 of age by now because it is november 2011 so mariah is either a fake or is insane because justin would not get to be alone in his right mind.for god sake hes famous no body guard or security is going to leave him alone.they stand infront of the bathroom door while hes useing the restroom so there is no way he got that woman pregant.she needs to re check her facts and status's because bieber is a child and he does not need her drama!so mariah you need to leave him alone because your goin to jail! i dont believe what she is putting out there and neither should you..go check the facts. and the reffrences because how is that baby 4 months old if its november of 2011 when she got pregant a year ago??

do you not know how to do math? october of 2010 is when it "happened" 9 months of pregnancy is JULY 2011. So that baby would be 4 months in NOVEMEBER OF 2011 you need to learn to do math apparently.

That is sad that she is lying and try to take advantage of a 17 year old child. She should be lock up once the DNA test prove he is not the father of her baby. she needs to go after who the real father of her baby. There are plenty of young men she has put this baby off on. That is a shame what she would do for money and to make a name for her self. While she knows that Justin is not the father of her son. Who do not look like him at all. That baby could be any bodies baby. That's why she is hiding from taking the DNA test. All that lying and crying in the interview on the insider was a big stunt. She has no clue who the father is. She following in her mother foot steps. Put claims out there that is not true. Because if it was his son she could have contacted him when she first found out she was pregnant. Not waiting until the baby is born. She could have had a test done while pregnant or at the birth of the child in the hospital to prove if he is the father for free with no media there. I hate women who lie on men just trying to get money. She needs to get a life and a job and take care of her baby and stop telling lies.

I really don't think this is real, I think she is just a gold digger looking for her 15 minutes of fame. She just wants peoples attention and this is the only way she could think of getting the most attention...Even if this is true she would go to jail for statutory rape..So she's pretty stupid on her part. It's simple: get the DNA test, and everyone can (finally) move on. Isn't it such a sad world we live in. The kid's in his prime and someone is out to ruin him. Why couldn't she just do this in a private arena? Why?: M-O-N-E-Y. Absolutely no respect for her child, regardless of who the biological father may be. Absolutely no respect for herself - does she realize this behaviour will in fact alienate her from many honest life opportunities? Good Luck to her - seems she's destined for the 'gutter' life.

If true, then Mr. Bieber has a lot to account for. If on the other hand Ms Yeater is proven to be a bald face liar, then she will be villified by the press and hounded till the day she dies as the girl who sought out publicity by implicating some one as the father of her child. One wonders where the hired help for Mr. Bieber was. I would basically have both of them put their postiors on the line and undergo the necessary test to prove once and for all....whose your daddy. Ms Yeaters parents better pray its Justine otherwise their daughter has earned the reputation for being a "woman" of easy virtue at the ripe age of 16...where does she go from there with her life.

I think this story is great, whether she is the mother or not. It would be hilarious to see Justin Bieber jumping all around in excitement that the kid isn't his. It would be equally as funny if he was the father. But I believe Bieber may have possibly had sex with her, even if he isn't the father. I think it is completely ridiculous how people use excuses like, "He's too famous to have unprotected sex with a stranger. Anyone that famous would use a condom if they had sex with a stranger." and how "He can't be the father because he is dating Selena." I guess a lot of Bieber fans are just too young to understand that if some chick is DTF, a 16 year old boy would most likely give in to that temptation with or without a condom. They are also too young to understand that even though he is dating Selena, it doesn't mean he can't do stuff with other girls without her knowing. Just because he is a celebrity, doesn't mean he is perfect. They can do all the stuff a regular person could do, including cheat and impregnate strangers back stage.
