Serious Eats Chicago: Food Blog To Launch New Local Page

Serious Eats To Launch Chicago Page For Windy City Foodies

Food blog and forum Serious Eats has far from neglected Chicago's dining scene, rounding up the city's best fries, cannoli and donuts and covering this year's Chicago Gourmet event.

The site announced Tuesday that next week they'll launch a dedicated Chicago page Nov. 14, headed up by Nick Kindelsperger, Serious Eats' longtime Dinner Tonight columnist and former editor at Grub Street Chicago.

Grub Street reports that contributors will include Blake Royer, Kindelsperger's partner at Dinner Tonight and their blog The Paupered Chef, and Daniel Zemans, longtime chronicler of Chicago burger and pizza news.

The page won't be live until Monday, but the team is already gearing up on their Twitter account.
