David Chang On 'Fallon': Pina Coladas, Ramen Cacio E Pepe And Free Cookies! (VIDEO)

Posted: 11/10/11 09:24 AM ET

A jetlagged David Chang stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to prepare some food for Fallon and Kathy Griffin. "Feed me. Feed me now," demanded Griffin. Chang made her a pina colada using a pina colada ice cube, which had a three to one ratio of pineapple to coconut milk (and rum). "Hold my hair, I'm wasted," Kathy said immediately after sipping.

Chang then demonstrated a simple cacio e pepe dish using ramen noodles (another Chang-Fallon ramen bromance!) instead of pasta. "You have to be a little bit slow to really mess this up," he says. "Kris Humphries could not do this," Griffin retorts.

Chang was nice enough to have brought cookies for the whole audience to promote the new Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook. Everybody wins! Except Kris Humphries, it seems.
