'Full House' Parody Video: Lauren And Michael Kaplan Chronicle San Francisco Vacation (VIDEO)

WATCH: Out-Of-Town Couple's 'Full House' Parody Video Spoofs The City

Anyone from San Francisco knows the crushing disappointment of an out-of-towner's first visit.

You've spent weeks carefully curating your itinerary: a stop at Off The Grid; a mimosa-fueled brunch at Luna Park; a leisurely afternoon at Dolores Park with a scoop of Bi-Right salted caramel along the way; a bike ride through the park -- maybe even a trip to Muir Woods if you can secure the ZipCar; dinner at Delfina, no, Commonwealth. Or Mission Chinese? We'll see how everyone feels!

And then it happens. "I want to see the 'Full House' house!"

Embracing mainstream San Francisco tourism: Lauren and Michael Kaplan - the New Jersey husband and wife who put together a hilarious parody of the "Full House" introduction, filled with highlights from their San Francisco vacation.

"I had never been to San Francisco, and my only experience with the city was from the 'Full House' intro," said Lauren Kaplan to The Huffington Post. "As soon as we got there, I couldn't stop singing the theme song to Mike."

The couple originally started filming to make a commemorative video of the trip, while hitting classic travel guide spots like Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower and the Golden Gate Bridge. "Suddenly it dawned on us," remembered Michael. "Full House" parody. Brilliant.

The video is admittedly enough to make any San Francisco snob giggle, and the shot of the homeless guys at the end makes us believe the Kaplans know this town better than they let on. "Those guys were sitting on Hippie Hill as we drove by on a tour bus," said Lauren. Classic indeed.

Check out the Kaplans' video below. And don't worry -- both SFist and Lauren addressed the "San Fran" issue. ("We had no idea!")
