Breakdancing b-boys love to show off. But now there's an even more incredible video that captures their mesmerizing moves in slow motion.

Relying on his shocking wrist strength, the video features b-boy Stef jumping and bouncing to the tunes of Cloud Adventure.

Our favorite part? Headspinning, of course.

Catch more of b-boy Stef on his YouTube Channel.

Amazing slow motion dance video. Pfft! That's not dancing! It's cute but it's not even close to real dancing and don't know why they call it that.

To all of you professional critics, I agree, this is not Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly. Breakdancing has been around for a long time now and it looks like fun. The people who do it look like they are having fun. It does not have to be solo as in this video. Dancing is a lot about having fun.
