Rush Limbaugh: Chelsea Clinton Joining NBC As A 'Politician-In-Training' (AUDIO)

Rush Limbaugh's Chelsea Clinton Conspiracy Theory

Rush Limbaugh took to his radio show Monday to discuss NBC's announcement that Chelsea Clinton will join its reporting staff.

The network has tapped the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to join NBC News as a full-time special correspondent. Her reports will be featured in the "Making A Difference" news series, which is broadcast on NBC "Nightly News."

Limbaugh weighed in on Clinton's decision to join NBC News. According to him, Clinton joined NBC because she is a "politician-in-training."

He later added that Clinton was going to learn the "inner-workings of the communications branch of the Democrat party...under the guise of becoming a journalist."

Limbaugh said he had "no doubt" that Clinton joined NBC News to further "her ability to master the medium of television for her later career in politics."

He took his theory even further and said that her new gig was "a precursor to becoming the next Senator from New York."

Limbaugh also said that, according to him, joining the media before running for or holding office was "an avenue not open to conservatives." He said that conservatives, after they lose an election or "bomb out...go to Fox...where we get hired by Roger Ailes."
