Celebrities and entertainers came out in full force Wednesday to Richard and Eve Branson's 5th annual Rock The Kasbah, a fundraiser for Virgin Unite and the Eve Branson Foundation, at Hollywood's Boulevard 3. The stars were greeted by Virgin America flight attendants and "High School Musical" star Monique Coleman, who played reporter on the the red carpet.
Guests raised over $600,000, winning prizes that included a vacation at Branson's island house for 14 days, swimming with Branson and whale sharks and creating a Ben & Jerry's flavor.
The Eve Branson Foundation strives to help women and girls in Morocco become more self-sufficient through education, entrepreneurship and health care. Virgin Unite, Richard Branson's nonprofit, aims to encourage businesses and government to work with the social sector for the greater good.
