Actress Salma Hayek, from Mexico, left, waves as she stands with actor Antonio Banderas, from Spain, during a news conference promoting the Spanish version of the film, "Puss in Boots," or "Gatos con Botas" in Mexico City, Tuesday Nov. 15, 2011. (AP ...
Appearing on the Susana Giménez TV program - known as "Argentina's Oprah" - to promote the release of "Puss In Boots" in that country, Antonio Banderas blurted out "What for?" when told Kim Kardashian's wedding had cost $10 million dollars.
As seen in the You Tube video (starting at 4:09) the host was congratulating Banderas on his 17 years of marriage to Melanie Griffith - "an eternity in Hollywood" he called it - when she mentioned the brief length of Kim Kardashian's marriage and her recent divorce filing.
Salma Hayek looked visibly surprised at hearing the news and Banderas stated in Spanish "I didn't know who Kim Kardashian was... Yes, yes, someone told me about it."
Giménez then tells the star duo that Kardashian is a reality TV star on MTV (which is incorrect, Kardashian's show, Keeping Up with The Kardashians airs on E!) and that her wedding had cost $10 million dollars.
To this Banderas blurts out "What for?" as he laughs, a stunned Hayek saying "What a bad investment, my God. 72 days!"
Before moving onto another topic, Hayek brushes it all off and says of Kardashian, "She's young", implying it will all be OK for her. And Banderas says "Tonight, we'll all cry for her," perhaps an allusion to his own role in Evita and the classic anthem, 'Don't cry for me, Argentina."

It's good to know that some people actually don't know who this nobody is.
Enough already with the Kardashian coverage. Realistically we the posters here can't help ourselves by making comments, but once the media coverage stops and we stop seeing stories being written the soon we too will stop thinkingand writing comments about them.
Who knows maybe Antoinio Bandaras will look her up and say WOW I want that and they will meet and fall in love.
Sort of like Brad Pitt telling his wife at the time Jennifer Aniston who said he movked Angelina prior to meeting and falling in love with her on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith..
Melanie watch out !!
