Amy Winehouse: 'Our Day Will Come' Video Of Photos And Footage (VIDEO)

The forces behind the posthumous Dec. 6 Amy Winehouse album Lioness: Hidden Treasures have put together an official video for the album's reggae-inspired track "Our Day Will Come," using photo and video footage of the old-souled singer. Winehouse covered the 60s doo-wop song in 2002, but it stayed hidden to the public until earlier this month. The sight of her smiling and taking the stage is eerie to say the least. Throw that voice into the background, and it's downright haunting.

Funny things is she only recorded two Albums and they weren't her best gift. You really want to hear how good Amy Winehouse was? "Youtube" search her and listen to this girl sing Jazz Standards. It will blow your mind!!! The sound that comes from this little woman in unreal!!

The orchids and roses are here for but a very short season. They are so beautiful, divine, alive with color, and so full of life. What a sweet, sweet woman who we just barely got to know. The love she poured out through her talent will fill musical chalices for many to savor and enjoy even as a star in the night's sky is enjoyed through the ages by people everywhere. God bless and keep Amy Winehouse. So seemingly worldly, yet so innocent, so human, so loveable, so very special. Her name speaks clearly about the person she was and is and will always be.

After her Rehab song, I dont ever need to hear another recording from this specimen.

Sober is better than drunk. Help is there for those who are sick of being sick.

Easier said than done. The grip adiction has on a person is sometimes so strong the can't break free, no matter how much help they receive. Sober IS better than drunk, ALIVE is better than dead, and COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING are what make us human. Soften your heart. This young lady is not a SPECIMEN, she's a talented human being who couldn't help herself. Addiction comes in many forms, from overeating, to overworking, gambling to porn, love to hate... what's YOURS?

I may agree with part of what you say, but your comment is one of the most self centered i have ever read. SPECIMEN? your disgusting.

Actually it's the opposite of "self centered". Her Rehab song was an anthem for her lemmings who may have been saved from the disease of alcoholism; but said "No no no".
I call her a specimen because she is just another failure of the drug experiment that has already been solved. Millions have already died, she didnt need to be another martyr. Her choice was Rehab or death. I had to make the same choice, guess between the 2 of us, who has been waking up (without a hangover) every day for the last 17+ years?

Don't get me wrong it's tragic she couldn't overcome addiction but I just don't hear the talent everyone goes on about. She sings well enough but for me I don't hear anything beyond that.

That's one of my favorite songs and Amy did it justice. It's hard to beat the original by Ruby and the Romantics, and KD Lang did it almost as good as the original.

What a talent we lost in Winehouse. How many more treasures will alcoholism and drug addiction claim. What a loss.

I am sad that I didn't follow Amy until I heard of her death. She was truly talented and I really have enjoyed her music and her voice. It breaks my heart to know she is gone at such a young age. And what she was battling with I can say I truly understand. May you R. I. P. my dear

Think of all the great music she still had in her had she lived. So talented. So self-destructive. So sad!
