Travel Channel's food critic Andrew Zimmern shares a few of his packing tips in the CNN Money video below. Zimmern spends 32 weeks a year in quest of the world's most unique tastes on his show, "Bizarre Foods."

"My ultimate travel nightmare is missing a connection home," he says in the video. "I'm extremely fragile by the end of a two week or three week trip. And so if I'm delayed coming home, it really rattles my expectation cage."

He says rolling is a great space-saving and wrinkle-reducing choice for clothes and finding indestructible luggage.

I have to travel quite a bit as well and rolling does work.

Andrew Zimmern seems to be one of the coolest dudes ever. Wherever he goes, he seems home. With no pretensions or air of superiority. I love to watch him interact with people and eat that gross s@#t!
