Two child victims of a horrible tragedy in North Carolina helped save the lives of 12 others by donating their organs.
The children were killed when Mary Ann Holder, 36, gunned down a man with whom she was having an affair and then turned the gun on herself, ABC News reports.
It was Holder's niece, 8-year-old Hannaleigh Michelle Suttles, and her son, 14-year-old Zachary Lee Smith, whose organs will now help save the lives of others, according to ABC.
