Sarah Palin Fox News

The Hollywood Reporter:

As Sarah Palin demonstrated after the 2008 election, failure on the campaign trail doesn't mean you have to disappear from the public eye. In fact, she proved the opposite, parlaying her unsuccessful run on the Republican ticket into a high profile -- and very lucrative -- career as a pundit, with earnings estimated at more than $1 million a year just from her gig on Fox News.

That's a pretty sad question, wondering who would follow in Sara's foot steps. Though it pays well to be ignorant, malevolent , and verbose (long-winded) on Fox. But Sara lower the bar so low, that the one with the most garbage to spew will win. Newt has a good shot, he going to be president anyway, and Bachmann can't give a rise to the old dudes that watch.

"Which Republican Candidate Is Cable News' Next Sarah Palin?"
=========

If it's FOX "News"?

Unfortunately, the probable answer would be:

"...all of them, any of them that have been in front of [us] over all these years..."

The only reason Herman Cain ran was to get a gig on FOX News.

Fran Dresser? It would be great to get back to less strident voices .....

A political party that stresses up is down and black is white is certainly a fertile spot for making a very successful person from the biggest loser.

Does it matter? They're all vacuous, ignorant, and truth has never been a prerequisite for any Fox News comment.

I think you are right. I also think it is time for HP to take down this really stupid article.

I think Faux should hire Herman Cain. His vast knowledge of foreign affairs, national security and the environment is a great fit! Neither one of them know what they are talking about.

Any of them except the one that will be president.

I guess the three pictured could go into a program together on Fox, or syndicated to local tv.
Insane Clown Posse comes to mind, but that's taken. Three Stumps on a Couch?

She's quitting Fox news and is going back to retake the test for admission to beauty college. Everyone needs a backup career and fishing is too cold and hard on the hands.

Pull a Palin? You mean quit her job, ghostwrite a couple of books and suck up money in everyday possible from the people who need it most, go camping with the Kate Plus 8 woman, then yammer pointlessly on Facebook and show a stunning lack of knowledge of American history, before finally admitting that her potential election campaign was just another money gouge and retiring to a healthy paycheck from appearances on Fox News? I don't know. Which one?

If I recall correctly she was hired as a "political analyst". What she ends up doing is the usual soundbites, blasting Obama, of course, making other snarky comments and that is it. She occasionally has a new soundbite provided by someone else and occasionally makes a complimentary remark about another FOX friendly fool. Have yet to see any analyzing. She cannot speak in complete sentences and is quite ignorant concerning national and foreign policy. A recent article in the WSJ with her name on it was written by someone else. All for show and what Ailes thought would be dynamite ratings. Some of her fans are going to be running an ad in Iowa pleading with her to reconsider running. Hope she does - it will be another interesting performance by her.
