Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Scuffle: Is It Domestic Violence?

It's always been hard to keep up with the Kardashians but nowadays, it's for slightly different reasons.

With the premiere of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," a few more details were revealed about what precipitated the end of Kim and Kris Humpries' super-short marriage.

The episode was pretty much a PSA in marital discord with subjects ranging from cleanliness to naked yoga to Kim clocking her beau after he stepped on and broke her toenail. Humphries, who apparently tuned in, watched with "utter horror" at how his relationship was depicted.

Now, Dr. Drew has taken a serious stance while examining the "playful" violence between Kardashian and Humpries. Though he makes note that their relationship is over, he emphasizes that it's important for other couples to be aware of domestic violence and know that it is a two-way street.

Watch the rest of the season.

If you watch the rest of the current season, Kim is repeatedly manhandled & verbally & emotionally abused by her ex. And that's only what the cameras captured. Kim was being abused in this relationship.

I turned on the TV, and this huge man was throwing around a small woman like she was a rag doll. I was stunned a few minutes later to find out I was watching some trashy reality TV show. I was even more stunned that a woman can be treated like this, in front of America, and apathy or favoring the male abuser is the common reaction.

Shame on you, dr.drew. A punch like that doesn't come from nowhere. It comes from a deeply troubled place. All the signs of abuse are there: he tries to isolate her from her family & friends, he dismisses her when she tries to speak, and he disrespects her at every opportunity. Kim is not the abuser. She is the victim.

This is Domestic Violence, I am just in shock, Kim has not been arrested for Domestic Assault. I guess it is true, only women can get away with Domestic Violence Assault.

All this proves is what people already know, Kim is a spoiled rich diva. If a broken toenail brings out her bad side, imagine how psycho she'd be if he accidentily pulled on one of her hair extensions. I feel sorry for any guy dumb enough to take on that challenge (Kim). Dr. Drew (who I consider an expert on nothing) points out the manner in which Kris grabs Kim. H-e-l-l-o....he grabbed her wrist which is an "appropriate" thing to do when someone is trying to assault you. In reality he could have gone all bad a** on Kim and knocked her enhanced booty back to her 90210 zip code.

You are missing the point, this is domestic violence and Kim should be arrested and charged with domestic assault. This is a classic case of a woman who excapes acountability because of her gender. We can all agree a man whould of been arrested for this same act

watching that video you can totaly see that she tried to hit him as hard as she could. She wound that fist up and her face was serious and straining to put as much energy behind it. Then she tried to look up at him and laugh to make it look like she was goofing around.

The entire Kardashian clan is emotionally stunted, thanks to their control freak opportunist "momager". Kris Jenner may have built a fortune for her children and in doing so she has robbed them of the opportunity to learn valuable life skills to survive in the "real world". They may be rich, but they lack interpersonal relationship skills with each other and the outside world. An entitlement attitude and money does not make one "emotionally stable".
