Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Covers Harper's Bazaar UK For January (PHOTOS)

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's got us in the mood for summer.

The British stunner does double duty for Harper's Bazaar UK's January 2012 issue, wearing a slinky lavender gown on one cover and a sophisticated black and gold maillot on a second.

Huntington-Whiteley rings in 2012 after what was truly a red letter year: the model went from beng your average Victoria's Secret Angel and runway strutter to a bona fide movie star in "Transformers 3" and the spokesmodel for Burberry's new fragrance, Body.

And despite her scowling face on the Harper's Bazaar UK covers, we're assuming she's pretty happy about all the success.

I can appreciate a beautiful woman, but this girl, especially the second cover, is not beautiful. And yes the dress on the 1st cover does not fit her right at all.

I was coming down here to say the same thing. The dress looks weird and awkward and I don't know if it's the angles or the sun or her expression, or what, but she looks hard as nails and kind of old on both covers.

I've been to "small town USA", I can't say I've noticed, I have noticed that people tend to waddle rather than walk, and America's idea of "pretty" is rather odd and very limited and stereotypical and seems to rely on an awful lot of fakery, hair, teeth, breasts, attitude ("have a nice day"!!)

There is some seriously weird bagging of the dress under her breasts.

Either the dress is a poor fit or else they've dropped it down so low that it's forming bags -- on second thought, it's probably a little of both.

You'd think a professional stylist would know better? Yikes.

Not a grandpa, a great-auntie to six lovely children. I've had breasts for 43-plus years and I've been wearing dresses a bit long than that. I know the difference between breasts and the baggy, saggy dress that is hanging UNDER the breasts.

It's the dress. It's cut funny and they've loosened the straps to let it hang lower than it was designed to hang.

Don't quit your day job for work in fashion photography styling until you can focus on the clothes and not just what's in them. ;0)
