College Cheerleading: Video Shows LSU Cheerleader's Point Of View

If you've ever wondered what it feels like to be tossed into the air and do a perfect flip before being caught by a male cheerleaders, well, this insider look will answer your questions. A Cheerleader at Louisiana State University (LSU) wore a GoPro camera during a football game last month, tracking her journey through a cheer -- into the air and back down to earth several times -- in a dizzying 90-second video.

Anyone who doesn't take cheerleading seriously as a sport needs to watch this. The cheerleader in question is what's known as a 'flyer' -- the girl who stands on the top of the pyramid and gets tossed into the air, showing how much strength, athleticism, and skill is required from everyone involved in the toss.
