Michael Jackson Auction: Over 600 Household Items For Sale

This morning on the "Today Show," a segment about the 600 or so items being auctioned off by the opportunistic owners of the Los Angeles estate Michael Jackson rented the year before his death yielded something rather interesting: The King of Pop enjoyed drawing all over his furniture. In fact, the auctioneers from Julien's Auctions told Ann Curry that this was something Jackson commonly did at home, in rented homes (as in this case) and even when traveling through hotel rooms.

Among items shown were a wooden shower bench marked up with stick-figure drawings and a mirrored armoire that bears this inscription courtesy of Michael: "Train perfection March April May. Full Out." The armoire originally cost somewhere between $6,000-$8,000, the auctioneers estimate, but tell Curry that "because it was owned by Michael, it will be a lot more."

Apparently the tagging gene runs in the family: a separate item for sale in the auction is a chunky wax candle scrawled into by none other than Jackson's son Prince.

I hope someone buys the little rooster blackboard and gives it back to his kids. I think that would be the compassionate thing to do. As for the rest of the things, most of them need to be in a museum so that they can be enjoyed by the masses, except for the medication room and the room where he died. Keeping those around would just be morbid, and who wants to feed that fascination.

Yeah does anyone happen to notice something. MJ had TONS and I mean TONS of kids around him. You had to lone wolf kids come forward and MJ went to trial on the last kid and won the trial. Had you watched the trial you would see it was BS and the charges were false. However you got armchair media following zombies who believe all they here.

So if MJ had Tons of kids around him and was such a pedophile , answer me this? Why to this day has more kids not come forward. Look when priests rape kids there is always TONS of kids who come forward. How about this Sandusky maggot. Look how many kids are coming forward on him. Pedophiles always rape more then just one kid in typical case. MJ was around TONS of kids 2 came forward years apart. And if people took the time to research the court case for themselves, instead of blindly believeing media BS, they'd see that the accusers couldnt even keep their story straight in court. Besides, they were scam artists who scammed other celebs before MJ. George Lopez & Chris Tucker were among them. They even sued JC Penney for molestation...after THEY were caught shoplifting LMFAO hardCoRE!!!!

If he cared about his children, he should have acted like an adult. Anything his children, see read or hear concerning how he molested and raped little boys is HIS OWN FAULT. After the first time, if it was untrue, he should have moderated his behavior and had more people around, as well as more PARENTS around.

If it was TRULY about kids, and playing with them in a safe non sexual way, he would have taken precautions and measures to make sure it was clear the kids were safe. He did not act like an innocent man, and he did not act like a responsible father. Once you have kids in your care, temporarily or as a parent, it's grow the heck up time. No exceptions. I love kids, I love cartoons, I love to play with them on the playground and play board games. At no point do I forget that I am the adult. I am the protector and provider and as long as a child is in my care, I have to put him/her FIRST. Before what I want, what I think, what I believe all of it. Michael showed no discernable history of ever doing any of that. Thats not a man, and it sure isn't a good father.

There is a saying I have always believed, "you are only as sick as your secrets". Michael Jackson had a LOT of secrets...

There were always parents around! Always. It was not MJ & the kids alone...that was never the case. Furthermore, it was those adults who got green eyed & coached their kids into crying "wolf", if you know what I mean. Youre obviously regurgitating media BS. Just remember, what the media tells you, is not the gospel truth. They did not have a front row seat to whatever "molestation" theyre claiming. i don't know if mj did those drawings or writing on the mirror can they prove it. i never heard that mj did drawings on furniture, that should have been on the news world wide. drawing on furniture in the hotels that should have made news. i don't too much believe this is mj's work. these people are still making money off of micheal.

This sale say's it all about life in general. Whether you are a super rich mogul or a middle class nobody -- when we die our property which we ourselves place great value on in life is valued to others as only the price on a garage sale tag once we are gone. That car you cherrish collecting dust without a scratch on it is a hunk of metal once you're gone. That pocketbook you only bring out on Easter Sunday is worth two bucks when your relatives put it out for the estate sale after your dead. The "things" we place so much of our self worth upon in life are as meaningless in death as a discarded empty water bottle laying in the gutter is in life. Perhaps it is time for us to realize that a Rolex watch has no more value toward our own happiness than a $10.00 Timex watch. If the Timex works then it has no less value toward our own self worth in meaning than a Rolex. What? You think when you die that Rolex will look better on your wrist in a coffin? Believe me when I tell you if your relatives see that Rolex it won't be on your wrist. lol lol

I think Michael knew he was in large debts and would make more money for writing or scribbling on his furnitures. Seems he did not damage furniture which people who buys and can remove writing or scribbling by MJ
