The 19-year-old Disney actress -- who is open about her battles with bulimia, anorexia and cutting, and who was committed to rehab for three months earlier this year -- took to Twitter to show off her seemingly new outlook on life. "Sometimes you gotta have a little bit of....." Lovato wrote, before tweeting a photo of the word "faith" on her forearm.
