Miranda Lambert On Her Stay-Healthy Secrets

It's been a busy year for Texas-born country crooner Miranda Lambert, 28. She won six music awards -- including a Grammy -- for "The House That Built Me" off her platinum album Revolution, tied the knot with fellow recording artist Blake Shelton, and started an all-girl group called the Pistol Annies. Now she's releasing her fourth album, Four the Record.

All are good reasons to kick off her cowboy boots and relax in 2012, right? Not exactly. Instead, after a brief holiday staycation at her farm in Oklahoma, Lambert will head out on a national tour. Shape.com asked the singer to share her secrets for staying country strong -- at home and on the road.

I'm not sure what health secrets Miranda Lambert uses to keep young looking, but it is possible that maybe she uses horse placenta for health. I've just researched the topic and apparently it is all the rage in Japan. I know, it sounds gross to me too. Some Asian women swear by the stuff though. I hope they have deep pockets, it costs up to $45 (US) for one bottle. Recommended dose is one bottle per day.
