Andrej Pejic Models Push-Up Bras For Hema (PHOTOS)

It's the ultimate proof to the eternal claim, "Add two cup sizes!"

Andrej Pejic, a man with no breasts at all, is the star of a lingerie ad campaign promoting push-up bras. Modeling for Dutch company Hema, Pejic wears the brand's Mega Push-Up Bra (just 20 euros!) underneath two different v-neck dresses.

Pejic's agent, Joseph Tenni, told Frockwriter, "It's revolutionary... I've never known a man to do a women's lingerie campaign before." Well if somebody was going to do it, it'd be Andrej.

And he didn't even need a sex change to do it. The androgynous model once told a reporter that he would consider getting a sex change "if I was offered a Victoria's Secret contract. You'd have to, wouldn't you. I can't imagine doing it any other way." Now he's proven that there is, indeed, another way to get a lingerie contract.

To balance things out, Fruit of the Loom will use Rosie O'Donnell to promote boxers in its next campaign.

This in itself is slowly becoming the lynch pin to captivating brand development, attaching a controversial idea to mundane articles such as push up bras- after all, as most marketers will tell you, buying goods and services is rarely about the thing itself but what it represents in the eye of the beholder and conversely what it represents to the peers they are trying to impress.

In my opinion, because this guy looks so feminine, you'd have to read the article to know he was a man. Because you assume he's a woman, his "breasts" still look relatively small, even with the push-up bra.

I get the idea that the push-up bra is so good that it can even give a man a womanly shape, but I think it would have been funny (and perhaps catch more immediate attention without the need for an article explaining it) to use a manly looking man to model the bra. I would have gotten a kick out of that.

I'm just saying...an ad is most effective when its message doesn't need an explanation.

Ahm...he is still a man with a package and all..he just models womanwear because of his feminine looks.

And a manly man with a push up would have looked ridicolous(and may have angered some people), with him you look twice..really a guy..yeah a guy..wow must be a good bra to be able to make something below cup a into b

my question is, why do they keep covering up his moles? now they just look like acne.

Yes I think that is really a stupid stunt from them.

His moles are one of the pretty kind and women even have used fake moles to accentuate their features from the middle ages, to barrock and the 30´s

Some models are famous because of their moles, dimples or freckles.

A bit of imperfection makes everything prettier

I admire Andrej. I read all kinds of comments here, like this makes ladies feel that being a woman is unacceptable. What's wrong with you people? First of all, Andrej is playing a role of a woman here so that's how you should look at it. If nobody told you he's a man you wouldn't mind looking at him all day long (because he is stunning), would you? Stop taking things too seriously. If they made and add of a dog wearing a push up bra, I would laugh my head off, while those that are so insecure would think the company wants them to feel like dogs. Somehow we all accepted anorexic models, but we can't completely accept androgyny? Look around, there are men that look feminine and women that look masculine all over the place. I'm not perfect in the least, but I'm very comfortable with what I've got and I don't give a toss who is what as long as it looks good.

Ever notice how much more accepting the world is towards androgyny if the person is attractive. Its not perfect, but it certainly makes a difference.
