Betty White's 90th Birthday: Valerie Bertinelli And Jane Leeves Need Gift Help

The Ladies Of 'Hot In Cleveland' Need Your Help

The ladies of "Hot In Cleveland" need your help. With Betty White's 90th birthday right around the corner on Jan. 17, her "Hot In Cleveland" co-stars are in search of the perfect present for the legendary actress.

"The gift we gave her last year for her 89th birthday, she absolutely adored," Valerie Bertinelli told The Huffington Post on the "Hot In Cleveland" premiere red carpet. "We rescued an elephant in Africa and we got her a hand-painted dish of her dog, Pontiac, that we got a picture of without her knowing. She absolutely loved it, so we're S.O.L. right now for her 90th! I don't know what we're going to do," she said.

Bertinelli and her "Hot In Cleveland" co-stars Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves have been brainstorming.

"If anybody has any ideas, just tell them -- I'm @JaneLeeves on Twitter, she's @WolfiesMom," Leeves said. "Tweet, go to our Facebook page, because really, we are stuck."

In addition to a special episode of "Hot In Cleveland" celebrating White's character's birthday, NBC will also air a special dedicated to the "Golden Girls" scene-stealer.

"Hot In Cleveland" recently started its third season on TV Land and Leeves and Bertinelli said viewers are in for some laughs.

"You're going to laugh out loud, like the last two seasons," Bertinelli said. "They just get funnier and crazier and I don't know how our writers do it, but they're brilliant."

Since its inception, the show has been a haven for guest stars: Don Rickles, Kathie Lee Gifford and Sandra Bernhard have all appeared so far this season. Leeves said Joe Jonas and Jennifer Love Hewitt will return and there's a mini "Frasier" reunion in the works when John Mahoney guest stars.

"My favorite episode was when I'm dating a blind 22 year old and I pretend I'm 26 because I think he's staring at me," Leeves said. "It's really fun. That was an episode Joe Jonas was on so I used him as a source for some cool moves. I was like 'Joe, give me some moves.' That was fun."

"Hot in Cleveland" airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land.
