The never-ending circus that is the 2012 GOP primary race continued this weekend with yet another live debate, this time in Iowa. On Monday night's "Daily Show," Jon Stewart and John Oliver broke down what was obviously the highlight of the debate: Mitt Romney betting Rick Perry $10,000 over whether or not he supports individual mandates for healthcare.
"This is awesome!" Stewart exclaimed. "A Mormon gambling with an Evangelical over who's the bigger liar! Are there any commandments left?"
For more, Stewart turned to Senior Correspondent John Oliver, who explained how Romney should embrace his profile of an out-of-touch multi-millionaire and own it, otherwise he comes off as "the guy who just fired your dad."
Oliver also offered a funny new way of looking at Rick Perry's vulnerabilities: he doesn't have an Achilles heel, he has an "Achilles head."
