A Woodridge man fatally shot in the Emerald Court apartment complex last week was a federal defendant in a heroin distribution ring, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Authorities say Gregory Holden, 32, of the 2500 block of Meadowdale Lane, peddled heroin with six others on Chicago's west side. He was indicted Dec. 6 on federal drug charges in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois.
