Selena Gomez's Stalker Says 'She Needs Protection From Me'

The man who admits to having conversations with God about killing Disney star Selena Gomez has made a bizarre declaration -- she needs protection from him.

TMZ reports that the judge in the case against alleged stalker Thomas Brodnicki has refused to issue a restraining order against the troubled man because he has yet to appear in court to answer to the charges. Brodnicki officially refused to appear in court January 6, saying "I believe that a restraining order should be issued against me to prevent me from trying to contact Selena Gomez." He filed a sworn declaration saying he would not appear in court early next year as scheduled.
