Blake Bakes For Charity

We knew Blake Lively absolutely loves to bake and we're thrilled the "Gossip Girl" star gets to put her passion to good use for a good cause.

The 24-year-old actress once again proved she knows her way around a kitchen, this time at Sprinkles cupcake bakery in New York City. Lively spent the day baking with rest of the staff and created a S'mores cupcake that will be on sale in January with all the proceeds going to Oxfam to help Somalia's famine disaster.

Lively's love for baking is no secret. While promoting "Green Latern" this past summer, Lively gushed to an interviewer about her passion:

"I think baking is an incredible thing, cooking in general is an incredible thing. It's very peaceful, it's relaxing and it's an artform. It's also a science with baking, with the ingredients and whatever flavors you have is where you get artistic and creative."

In 2010 the actress even took part in a workshop with Chef Franck Poupard at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where she prepared guinea fowel in a sealed casserole, sauteed winter root vegetables, and soft centered chocolate fondant with orange compote.

Lively had told Allure magazine, it had been her dream to go to Le Cordon Blue and said she had a fantastic experience. "The food, the lesson, the chef, the ingredients -- all the best of the best. I see why Le Cordon Bleu is world renowned."
