Britney Spears Engagement Ring Pictures From Las Vegas (PHOTOS)

After news broke yesterday that pop singer Britney Spears was engaged to her boyfriend of three years, former manager Jason Trawick, we were dying to see the ring.

And Britney didn't disappoint, celebrating her new betrothal (as well as Jason's 40th birthday) at Planet Hollywood last night in Las Vegas.

Brit, who herself just turned 30 (check our her style evolution here!) looked pretty in a tan Herve Leger bandage dress as she and Trawick beamed for cameras next to Trawick's gravity-defying birthday cake.

And Britney showed off her ring, of course: a dazzling three carat Neil Lane diamond, according to Us Weekly. The round stone reminds us of Anne Hathaway's new diamond, no?

I wish her all the best! They seem like a nice couple. Brit is proof you can hit the bottom and end up back on top. I can't imagine having my life fall apart while the whole world looks on. Good for them!

Mean eyes and the greasy, stringy hair. Plus, since he got all ripped I just can't look at him without seeing Robert De Niro in Cape Fear . He just looks like a hitchhiker that would slit your throat, and rape your corpse, if you were foolish enough to give him a ride.

I used to bash Britney. Wasn't a fan of her or her music...until I met her. She is so down to Earth and just overall kind. I felt like I was talking to one of my girlfriends. I'm a girl whose music collection consists of Oasis, the Smiths, and even some Megadeath... but after meeting her, there's now some Britney in the mix. Sure she chose the life she's living, but regardless, she's still been through tough times. That smile on her face says it all. I wish them nothing but health and many years of happiness.

It looks like she finally has a relationship with someone who has their head on straight. Nice looking guy who is appropriately attired for the occasion and isn't wearing a ball cap backwards. What a relief. I have never been a fan of this particular performer, however, maybe this person can bring some sense of permanence into her life and the life of those two little boys who are so in need of stability. She looks happy and so does he and after 3 years of waiting maybe they have a chance at happiness. Congratulations to them both. Lastly, her financial business is hers..not ours. I'm sure when the time is right the court will see fit to release her father from the conservatorship. He was wise to step in when he did. Who knows what she would have done!!

I'm pretty sure you mean "dissing" as in (dis)respect....not dishing...what that even means..I'm sure I don't know. At any rate, it was not my intention to "dis" Mr. Federline but now that you mention it..maybe I am. He isn't exactly wowing the world in any substantial way. For all appearances it seemed that he definitely wanted Britney to give him the "leg up" on his career that he could in no way do for himself and the divorce settlement and monthly alimony he received doesn't make him look very good either.
