The holidays are all about relaxing and enjoying a big meal with friends and family, but planning the annual celebratory feast can be a little tough if you or one of the people you're cooking for can't eat a common ingredient like gluten.

Whether you avoid gluten because you're allergic or just feel better when you don't consume it, finding delicious gluten-free recipes can be a little like a treasure hunt. Sure, it's easy to avoid the obvious foods such as breads and rolls, but other holiday courses can be tricky, like roasts covered in flour-thickened sauces.

To take the guesswork out of your holiday menu planning, we created a collection of gluten-free holiday recipes. Within it, you'll find three appetizers, sides, main courses and desserts. Pick your favorites from each category and serve!
