Looking for that Radiohead fix? Lucky you: "The Daily Mail" and "Staircase," two previously unreleased tracks, are now available for fans to feast on.
The two tracks were recorded during sessions for recent album "The King of Limbs," and while neither ended up on the album itself, the band played the songs live during "The King of Limbs: From The Basement," an in-studio performance that will be released on iTunes on December 19th, and on DVD and Blu-Ray on January 31st.
"The Daily Mail" starts off as a yearning, piano ballad before Thom Yorke ramps up and begins to wail against a crescendoing guitar. "Staircase," meanwhile, pairs Yorke's anguished croon with a shuffling staccato beat, resulting in a track you could almost dance (jerkily) to.
