Michaele, Tareq Salahi Divorce: Former 'Real Housewives' Star Feared For Safety

The battle royale rages on. The latest, when it comes to Tareq and Michaele Salahi, has the former "Real Housewives of D.C." star throwing out some hefty allegations against her estranged polo playing husband. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Michaele is requesting that the couple's legal separation be expedited due to Tareq's "psychotic scare tactics" that have Michaele fearing for her life.

TMZ also reports that the documents describe Michaele's accusations of physical abuse in the summer of 2011, actions that drove her to Journey guitarist, Neal Schon -- who has recently become embattled in his own legal drama surrounding a leaked nude photo.

But Tareq isn't staying mum on his soon-to-be ex-wife's harsh allegations. The 42-year-old, who became famous for crashing a White House state dinner with his wife, insists that there is no truth behind her stories of emotional abuse.

In September, the couple made headlines after Tareq went to the police, claiming that Michaele had been kidnapped. But it turns out that his estranged wife had run off -- on her own will -- with lover, Schon.

Their haters are their exs. so jealous, amber , ava . jeffrey and rachel have been obsessed with selling stories, they should try to find their own lives, Laurie is right rachel you are scary obsessed with her.

Everything Tereq is saying about Michaele is true. She is a liar and likes to create BS drama. It is also nice to see him finally come clean that she makes out her MS is a lot worse than it really is. Her even having MS is suspect. Now to address Tareq...He too is a pathological liar. He will blame everyone else for his problems. He is diabolical and will rip anyone off. Together they bankrupted his parents winery - their life's work. At this point in his mother's life she should be thinking about retirement but she just had to file personal bankruptcy (following the bankruptcy of their business). Tareq and Michaele's only job was working at the winery and yet they were able to travel around the world, stay in lavish hotels (Four Seasons in DC), attend high dollar events, buy a yacht, buy an Astin Martin sports car (both of which were repossessed), a $224,000 sky box at the redskins stadium, and live life as high rollers. Tareq has many unpaid court judgments against him after being sued more than 40 times. So don't shed a tear for Tareq Salahi...both he and Michaele belong together...oh wait...she ran away to be with a millionaire rockstar after she help bankrupt the winery.
